Rise In Numbers Of Homeless Seen In WMass

The numbers of homeless people in Western Massachusetts has increased this summer. Emergency shelter providers blame it on the bad economy. Activists working to end homelessness say the bump should not be taken as a sign their efforts are failing. WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill reports......
