Chaconia Restaurant which recently opened at 301 Bridge Street in Springfield held a benefit buffet to support a Christmas Eve dinner for the homeless.  Men and women guests at Friends of the Homeless, Inc.'s emergency shelters were invited to enjoy food and fellowship.  Supporting Chaconia owner Winnie Martin in the holiday celebration was Pastor Greg Dyson of the Church in the Acres, along with his volunteers.
