Friends of the Homeless upset with Gov.'s budget

Several agencies that count on state funds weren't too pleased to hear Governor Patrick's speech regarding the budget.

One of them is "Friends of the Homeless" in Springfield. The shelter's Executive Director, Bill Miller, told 22News, they get 13-dollars from the state for each person that stays there.
 

Other shelters in the state get as much as seventy dollars. "We were looking to the Governor to increase our funding and not have it be level funded. Springfield is under funded compared to the rest of the state," said Miller.
