- Served approximately 127,374 meals
- Tallied over 5,538 medical office encounters at Friends of the Homeless.

- 923 listed Hampden County as their last permanent address
- 59% had 12 years of education or a GED (12% also had some college education or a degree)
- 71% were single
- 8% were veterans
