Delphine Wray leads by example. She brings personal as well as professional experience to the job, helping clients overcome their own battles and move on with their lives. After surviving some difficult times herself, Delphine launched a career in human services eight years ago. She has quickly risen through the ranks at Friends of the Homeless over the last six years. Starting as an Intake Specialist, Delphine now oversees the management of the women’s emergency shelter, day programming and case management. Her understanding of the homeless population FOH serves, adds a special brand of compassion, combined with a no-nonsense approach provides practical help to people experiencing hardships.
